We are looking for an experienced Global Sourcing Manager with 10–15 years in electronic components procurement. You will manage direct factory relationships, secure supply for high‑volume and hard‑to‑find parts, and support our tier‑1 manufacturing clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain direct factory channels
Negotiate pricing, allocations, and long‑term supply agreements
Manage sourcing for both spot buys and scheduled production
Support global sales team with supply intelligence
What We Look For:
Deep experience in electronic components sourcing
Established relationships with brand manufacturers (TI, ADI, Infineon, etc.)
Ability to work across time zones and cultures
Strong negotiation and strategic thinking skills
